I've never been a super fan of the Adams family growing up but I love almost everything about this new show. The story always kept me guessing with every episode even when I got something right. The plot found a way to make me second-guess myself and I loved every moment of it. The tone for this show was on point, especially when you combine that with Jenna Ortega’s portrayal of Wednesday Adams it was fire. Now the CGI had some highs and lows where you could see where they spent their money. One thing that I think went under the radar was the world-building that occurred in the show because they made this small town and school feel way bigger than it was. They just kept me wanting more with each episode and I can't wait for season 2 to drop.
